Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Own live-action projects from pitch through delivery, managing everything from scoping and budgeting to resourcing and ensuring projects meet contractual requirements. 📍Build and lead production teams for live-action projects, including on-set crews and post-production, overseeing recruitment, collaboration, and team performance. 📍Supervise all stages of production, from development and pre-visualization through shoots, post-production, and final delivery, making sure creative and technical standards are met. 📍Analyze the market and competitors to identify new formats and storytelling approaches, testing ideas to keep projects fresh and engaging. 📍Work closely with BPMs, SMMs, and other teams to ensure smooth handovers, clear ownership of project stages, and alignment across creative and operational workflows. 📍Provide guidance and mentorship to junior producers and coordinators, helping to build a strong pipeline of creative talent. 📍Partner with internal teams to manage budgets, reporting, and project profitability, and implement processes in tools like Asana to improve efficiency and avoid past issues. 📍Ensure all productions comply with safety, legal, and location-specific requirements.
Requirements
📍Hands-on experience in video production and motion design, with the ability to develop, refine, and execute design concepts, as well as integrate specialized tools to enhance creative output. 📍Proven track record as a creative producer for external clients, with 2+ years leading creative teams, scaling output, and consistently improving creative performance. 📍Demonstrated experience producing a wide range of video formats, including product explainers, UI walkthroughs, interviews, documentary-style case studies, and short-form content (e.g., Shorts/Reels).
