Job Summary
What you'll do:
šCollaborate with our global senior management team to spearhead local operations team management, with a primary focus on nurturing local relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. šAct as the point person for Government Relations: collaborate with local government teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, especially FSC, AMLO, and BoM. šTake charge of overseeing and developing a high-performing team. šSupervise budgeting, performance metrics, and financial milestones to achieve trading and user targets. šLead local key initiatives, including forging new partnerships and drive significant events with support from our global senior management team.
What we expect from you:
šMauritian Nationality š3-5 years of proven success in a similar role - leading operations, and a record of high-performing teams. šExperienced in building relationships with government relations and managing a local office. šCommunication, excellent written and verbal communication skills. šAble to build and manage strong relationships with local teams, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. šEntrepreneurship mentality. šMust be a self-starter and leader that assumes the risks and rewards of running an innovative sustainable operation. šA passion for crypto and digital assets. šFluency in English is mandatory
