Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Community Building: Foster a strong and engaged local community around KAST's crypto card product. 📍Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Nigerian market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns. 📍Navigate Regulation: Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure KAST operates effectively and compliantly. 📍Local Product Development: Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for Nigeria, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships. 📍Domestic Scaling: Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market. 📍Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success.

📍Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role at a crypto exchange or crypto card product is essential. We need individuals who understand the demanding nature of this industry. 📍Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nigerian market, including local product expectations and user behaviors. 📍Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and implement effective growth levers in the market. 📍Community Focus: Strong community-building skills and a track record of activating and scaling engaged user bases. 📍Results Orientation: A track record of driving performance-based growth and achieving ambitious targets.
