Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Conducting an audit of the product and user path in the region; 📍Developing a retention and growth strategy tailored to local needs; 📍Adaptation of the product to the market features; 📍Optimization of the funnel from the advertising click to the first transaction; 📍Analysis of key metrics: download speed, user streams, payment methods, etc.; 📍Preparing the region for the launch of large-scale advertising campaigns; 📍Marketing and competitive analysis; 📍Finding growth points and implementing strategies; 📍Regional team management, goal setting, task control; 📍Interaction with the main internal teams (product, marketing, operations); 📍Evaluation and control of the effectiveness of attraction channels; 📍Reporting and regular analysis of the results.
Requirements
📍Experience in the role of Country Manager / Head of Operations / 📍Business Lead for at least 2 years; 📍Practical experience in international markets; 📍Knowledge of key metrics of the iGaming industry (LTV, Retention, Conversion, ROI, etc.); 📍Ability to build strategies and implement them into operational processes; 📍Strong analytical and communication skills; 📍English level — from B1 and above; Russian is free; 📍Experience in forming and managing a regional team; 📍Prioritization, planning, and interaction skills with cross-functional teams.
