Position Summary

📍 Your role will be to manage operations, develop business, and increase profitability for the Singapore & Malaysia locations. You will need to have broad and specialist skills around 3PL, freight forwarding, transportation and supply chain knowledge. 📍This role is a client-facing role with strategic competencies required to grow the business and retain existing accounts. 📍You will have a high level of responsibility and require self-motivation, being time-oriented and able to move between general management and operational requirements. 📍You will need to have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the Singapore & Malaysia market in relation with our industry. 📍The role is a senior executive position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities include

📍Managing all operations within the Singapore & Malaysia locations including responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and safety targets. 📍Developing multiyear country strategic plans in line with the company's regional strategy 📍 Develop and agree upon annual budgets and produce a detailed annual business operating plan to the CEO. Produce business performance reports, on a monthly basis. 📍Improve the operational effectiveness to ensure customer service levels are in alignment and efficient within the organisation
