Responsibilities:

📍Build on and manage your existing strategic relationships within the payments and banking sector and with the regulator 📍Develop, enlarge and leverage a portfolio of local payment schemes in the region 📍Oversee the product roadmap for local payments and act as the point of communication with APM's representatives 📍Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, and have knowledge of what payment method pricing should be in order to be competitive 📍Partner with multiple stakeholders in the industry (e.g. vendors, regulators, Accountants, Lawyers, etc.) 📍Continually advise the leadership team about current trends in the Zambian market and provide input into any new or local product requirements 📍Credibly advise the leadership team on Unlimits’ best route to market, and business priorities and strategy from the outset

Experience and mindset:

📍Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a recognized payments company (gateways, banks, online payments, or with other payment providers) 📍Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 📍Strong business development experience within the payment industry in Zambia 📍Attention to detail and the ability to communicate across all levels of management from C-Suite downwards 📍You will have deep experience in the payments or the banking industry and an understanding of the digital and technology needs of a Global payment gateway
