Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Act as dedicated account manager and go-to-person for internal relationship managers for counterparties
📍Lead the entire front-to-back onboarding and life-cycle management of counterparties
📍Complete detailed counterparty questionnaires and due diligence documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies and establish and keep updated an inventory of template responses
📍Coordinate KYC/AML checks with internal compliance experts, collect and maintain updated documentation from stakeholders according to counterparty requirements
📍Provide full lifecycle account coverage for existing counterparties, monitoring regulatory status and ensuring alignment with applicable requirements
📍Identify and drive process improvements and efficiency gains, including automation opportunities
📍Act as a central liaison between internal relationship managers and subject matter experts
📍Conduct market research and contribute to shaping product and partnership strategies
Requirements
📍3+ years of experience in banking, custody, financial data, or a similar field 📍A hands-on, solution-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership 📍Proven ability to take initiative and lead efficiently 📍Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills 📍Strong interest in blockchain and digital assets, with a particular focus on crypto markets
