What You’ll Be Doing

📍Track, analyze, and report operational and product costs across the business, including blockchain, infrastructure, vendor, and transaction-related costs 📍Build and maintain cost allocation models for on-chain and off-chain activities, products, and business lines 📍Monitor and analyze unit economics (e.g. cost per transaction, user, wallet, chain, product) 📍Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to understand cost drivers such as cloud usage, nodes, gas fees, vendors, and tooling 📍Prepare monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and budget vs. actuals reviews 📍Support pricing, margin analysis, and profitability for new and existing products 📍Ensure accurate expense classification in line with IFRS / US GAAP, including crypto-specific considerations 📍Partner with HR and Finance on payroll oversight, salary benchmarking, headcount cost tracking, and overall people cost control to support sustainable growth. 📍Support vendor cost management, contract reviews, and cost optimization initiatives 📍Assist with audits, tax, and regulatory reporting by providing cost and supporting data 📍Improve and automate cost tracking, reporting, and dashboards 📍Collaborate with Finance and Compliance on controls, documentation, and governance ‍

What You'll Bring

📍Experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role in tech, fintech, crypto, or any high-growth environment 📍Strong understanding of cost accounting, variance analysis, and unit economics 📍Familiarity with crypto or blockchain cost structures (on-chain fees, infrastructure, custody, vendors) 📍Solid knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP 📍Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) 📍Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex cost drivers into clear insights 📍Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments 📍Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
