Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Transaction Support: Partner with senior attorneys and investment teams to ensure timely completion of Luxembourg-related activities for investment transactions. 📍Corporate Management: Serve as a Manager (gérant) for Luxembourg companies, overseeing legal document approvals and cash wire transactions. 📍Legal Documentation: Draft and review key legal documents, collaborate with external counsel, and ensure compliance with Luxembourg company law and filing requirements. 📍Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Company Secretarial team and Luxembourg Financial Controller to manage KYC procedures, investment reporting, and intra-group financing structures.
Qualifications:
📍Fully qualified lawyer 📍3-5 years of legal experience in a global law firm or reputable Luxembourg firm, preferably within corporate legal departments. 📍In-house legal experience in asset management and corporate management (director, gérant) is a plus. 📍Strong understanding of Luxembourg company law, portfolio management, and KYC procedures. 📍Proficiency in English required; additional language skills in French and German are advantageous.
