Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Portfolio & Trade Accounting 📍Review daily NAV calculations and validate NAV Consulting deliverables. 📍Manage P&L reporting and performance calculations. 📍Oversee management fee, servicing fee, and shared expense calculations. 📍Coordinate Ankura attestations for USDY and OGM. 📍Oversee reconciliations: cash, positions, NAV & NAVC process, FMV, corporate actions. 📍Financial Reporting & Controls 📍Prepare and review financial statements for all funds and share classes. 📍Manage internal controls and ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance. 📍Own internal reporting and analytics, including review of performance metrics. 📍Ensure publicly reported numbers are consistently correct and up to date.
Requirements
📍6–8 years of experience in fund accounting or financial reporting within investment management. 📍Mix of public accounting (2–3 years) and private fund experience (2–3 years) strongly preferred. 📍Strong knowledge of GAAP, fund structures, and financial instruments. 📍Experience with NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting. 📍Experience coordinating audits and working with external auditors and tax advisors. 📍Ability to operate independently, make judgment calls, and manage competing priorities. 📍Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
