Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Retailers and Distributors 📍Responsible for long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue 📍Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations 📍Deliver impeccable service to distributors and retailers, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues 📍Work closely with distributors, retailers, production planning, sales, and logistics to create and manage orders, delivery timelines, invoices, e-invoices, payments and credits 📍Act as an extreme owner of assigned distributors and retailers to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, identifying and successfully aligning on payment schedules and risks 📍Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various cross-functional teams, evolve the retail channel operations and scale the business
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
📍Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma or equivalency certificate and 2+ years of professional experience 📍2+ years of consulting or project management experience OR 2+ years experience in a customer facing role
