Responsibilities:

📍Support multiple regulatory exams and external audits and the preparation for on-site exams for Binance’s licensed jurisdictions. 📍Provide a standardized exam and audit framework to apply to each country and support local teams with preparing data requests and presentations. 📍Understand the applicable regulatory requirements to ensure internal/external audit is adequately designed to identify potential control gaps and non-compliance with laws and regulations. 📍Support global and local compliance teams to ensure their policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with the internal governance framework. 📍Assist in driving key compliance initiatives to completion, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong cross-functional collaboration. 📍Assist in preparing regular status reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and management updates.

Requirements:

📍3+ years compliance audit and/or advisory experience. 📍Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures. 📍Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations. 📍Excellent problem solving, communication and written skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts into a format digestible by a diverse audience. 📍Strong project management skills with the ability to create external facing material in conjunction with internal stakeholders. 📍Proactive and diligent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. 📍Highly organized and capable of dealing with complex projects. 📍Bachelor degree or international equivalent.
