Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Supplier Management: šŸ“Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of potential and existing suppliers. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. šŸ“Develop and implement supplier management processes and procedures. šŸ“Supplier Contract Management: šŸ“Review, draft, and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements. šŸ“Advise on legal terms and conditions, including indemnification, liability, and warranty clauses. šŸ“Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with supplier contracts. šŸ“Customer Contract Management: šŸ“Review and analyze customer contracts to ensure legal compliance and identify potential risks. šŸ“Provide guidance on contract negotiation and amendment processes. šŸ“Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure operational contract management. šŸ“Labour Law Advice: šŸ“Provide guidance and advice on labour law matters, including employment contracts, terminations, and employee rights. šŸ“Advise on body leasing arrangements and compliance with relevant labour laws. šŸ“Stay updated on changes in labour laws and ensure the organization's policies and practices are compliant. šŸ“Compliance and Legal Support: šŸ“Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. šŸ“Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees. šŸ“Collaborate with internal audit and risk management teams to identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Law, International Law, or a related field. A higher degree or certification in Compliance or related areas is a plus. šŸ“Proven experience in a Compliance & Legal role, preferably in a multinational or global organization. šŸ“Strong knowledge of legal topics applicable to the business, including Labour Law, Business Contract Law, Insurances, and Supplier Management. šŸ“Experience in conducting due diligence and risk assessments of suppliers. šŸ“Proficient in reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts and customer contracts. šŸ“Familiarity with compliance programs, policies, and procedures. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. šŸ“Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions. šŸ“Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. šŸ“Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
