Job Summary
What You'll be Doing:
šThis role will be part of the Complaince Conduct and Investigations Team. Covering Anti-Bribery and Corruption (āABCā) Program, Whistleblowing Program and Complaince Conduct related investigations. The role will require partnering closely with other Compliance Teams, Legal, Finance, Human Resources and other relevant business units. This role will develop and maintain a strong and efficient controls environment in order to comply with all applicable sanctions laws, regulations, and guidance for OKXās global presence.
In this role you will:
šAssist the group leader to develop and manage the global Compliance Conduct framework, including but not limited to strategy, roadmap, policies, procedures, and training elements, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. šCommunicate effectively with frontline business units on conduct related risks and provide advice on business practices. šAssist in executing the Compliance Conduct program, with specific attention, to gifts and hospitality, employment opportunities, charitable contributions, third party vendor reviews, significant business events, whistleblowing cases and conduct investigations. šTracking and logging of Compliance Conduct related cases. šProvide Compliance Conduct related training. šAssist with special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What We Look For in You:
š3+ years of experience in ABC, whistleblowing or compliance investigations. šKnowledge and basic understanding of FCPA, UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and other equivalent ABC regimes. šStrong communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with business partners. šProject management skills to drive alignment across stakeholder groups to develop and implement controls and processes. šAbility to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. šSelf-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
