Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Partner with HR People Partners and Finance to ensure the smooth execution of the annual pay review process, aligning with Bitpanda’s pay-for-impact and fair pay philosophy. 📍Own and maintain global compensation structures, salary ranges, job catalogues, and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. 📍Manage the design, implementation, and administration of equity-based compensation schemes (e.g., Stock Option Plans) aligned with business growth and strategic goals. 📍Shape and optimise sales incentive programs and communication strategies to promote transparency and reward understanding across the business. 📍Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor internal pay equity, gather real-time market intelligence, and prepare for the European Pay Transparency Directive.
Who you are
📍4+ years of experience in global compensation within a technology company or fast-paced international environment. 📍Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, research, cost modelling and advanced Excel. 📍Thrives in ambiguity and under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 📍Collaborative and solution-oriented team player with quick comprehension and reliable, independent working style. 📍Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and experience creating proposals, training materials, and reward communications in English.
