Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with business growth objectives šFormulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation šWork closely with the executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company. šOwn the development of key business processes and systems. šLead and inspire sales, marketing and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets šForm and foster strong relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders šMarket expansion and market development, increase market presence for business development opportunities šOversee customer journey, to ensure positive customer experience, enhance customer satisfaction and retention šDrive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience šBuild strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other related business areas šAnalyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision and product innovation
What we look for in you:
šBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. šMinimum of 10 years of experience in the derivatives sector, with a significant portion in a leadership role. šDemonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space. šStrong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data, indices, and regulatory environment. šBe a fit and proper person ā demonstrated by police and bankruptcy checks, business references and a signed declaration šExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. šProven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion. šAbility to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
