Job Summary
You Will
šProvide financial planning and analysis support to our business partners šBe a Financial Business Partner to Block's Hardware and Customer Operations teams šCreate analyses that facilitates clear decisions-making šDevelop month-end reporting that explains key P&L variances across our vendors šEvaluate our performance; report the performance; identify any risks or opportunities associated with reported financial data šSupport the financial planning process for your key business partners and drive process improvements, including automation and standardization šPartner with departments (e.g. Accounting, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, and others) to report on the financial impact of decisions across the company šPrepare analysis and support communication to product leaders, board members and executive staff
You Have
š4+ years of experience, with excellent modeling and business partnership skills šExperience in an operating role within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, consulting, investment banking, or a similar field šProficiency in financial modeling and Excel šExperience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences, with the ability to distill complex information for different audiences šExperience with SQL/Hyperion a plus
