Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šConsultative Sales & Solutioning šLead discovery and solutioning conversations with inbound and qualified outbound Shopify commerce leads. šAsk the right business + technical questions to uncover real needs, not just surface asks. šCollaborate with BD, Solutions Architects, and Delivery teams to craft tailored proposals. šHelp prospects navigate trade-offs and choose smarter approaches to achieving their goals. šClient Partnership & Growth šAct as the primary point of contact for clients from pre-sale through engagement kickoff. šBuild strong relationships through responsive, thoughtful communication (text, call, Slack, whatever it takes). šDevelop account roadmaps and identify new opportunities to expand our work together. šPosition Lazer as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
Who You Are:
šMust-Haves: šExperience in solutions consulting, technical sales, or agency client services. šStrong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (apps, integrations, migrations, and enterprise needs). šExcellent communication skills ā equally comfortable in informal client chats or structured presentations. šHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-through. šComfortable in a consultative, non-transactional sales role.
