Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
đź“ŤProactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. đź“ŤProviding timely and accurate information about our platform, services, and market trends. đź“ŤTroubleshooting and resolving clients' problems, ensuring a positive resolution and a high level of satisfaction. đź“ŤCollaborating with other teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support. đź“ŤDeveloping and delivering educational materials to help clients understand our platform features and best practices. đź“ŤGathering and analysing client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
About you:
đź“ŤProven experience in a client success or customer support role in the crypto industry for at least 2 years. đź“ŤExperience with handling tech-related requests (for example, previous experience with API trading, checking backlogs, etc.). đź“ŤExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. đź“ŤProblem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
