Responsibilities:

📍Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CTO to translate vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. 📍Example, own the content and production of the Global R&D Meetings. 📍Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, establish best practices, and optimize workflows to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. 📍Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives from inception to completion, tracking progress, managing timelines, and mitigating risks. Jira fluency preferred. 📍Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and fostering strong relationships. 📍Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, industry analysis, and technology assessments to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation. 📍Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CTO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks as needed. 📍Strategic Initiatives: Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CTO, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 📍Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives from conception to execution. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Multi-lingual preferred. 📍Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 📍High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. 📍Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing landscape. 📍Ability and passion to understand technical concepts and relate to technical people. 📍Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for conferences
