šDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets. šCollaborate closely with the Product team to conceptualise and roll out effective go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring impactful product and feature launches. šPartner with our founders to establish and build a compelling brand identity and voice that resonates with our target audience and reflects our values. Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines across all marketing efforts. šDrive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and PR targeting our intended user group. šDevelop a content marketing strategy that engages our target audience and positions us as an industry thought leader. šStay up-to-date with the trends in Web3, the competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing narrative and product development. Work across teams to fine-tune our value proposition, addressing customer needs effectively. šSupervise and enhance our social media and influencer engagement strategies, identifying and creating partnerships with influencers/KOLs to amplify our brand reach and credibility. šLead, grow and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. šDefine, monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. šManage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. šContribute to broader strategic discussions, helping shape the company's roadmap and narrative.
Qualifications
šDemonstrated success in a leadership role within digital marketing and growth. šStrong understanding of digital B2C marketing and growth strategies, tactics, best practices and tools. šBackground within the Web3 and blockchain industry. Experience working with an exchange product or a project that has a launched token or incentive strategy is a massive plus. šExpertise in product marketing, go-to-market campaigns, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing and growth hacking. šStrong analytical skills with a history of data-driven decision-making (e.g. familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics etc.). šExceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. šAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. šDriven and passionate about crypto, with a commitment to continuous learning in this rapidly developing field.
