Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Oversight and Processing of Payroll: 📍Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. 📍Ensure compliance with local payroll tax laws and regulations. 📍Manage payroll-related reporting, including tax filings and deductions. 📍Local Tax Monitoring and Payments: 📍Monitor and ensure the accurate and timely payment of all local, district and country taxes. 📍Maintain compliance with tax laws, deadlines, and reporting requirements. 📍Prepare and submit all required tax filings to relevant authorities accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a rofessional Accountants designation in accordance with the Lithuania 📍Association of Accountants and Auditors qualifications. 📍Minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. 📍Strong experience with QuickBooks and general ledger management. 📍In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and local tax laws. 📍Experience leading financial audits and managing compliance with statutory requirements. 📍Proven track record of successfully transitioning accounting functions from outsourced providers to in-house teams.
