Responsibilities:

📍Manage and optimize fiat operations, including credit card processing and other payment methods. 📍Collaborate with payment service providers, acquirers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing. 📍Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 📍Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and increase transaction success rates. 📍Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements. 📍Provide support and troubleshooting for payment related issues. 📍Prepare regular reports on payment performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience in credit card operations or working with acquirers such as Stripe, Checkout, or similar. 📍Strong understanding of payment processing, including authorization, capture, and settlement processes. 📍Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 📍Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 📍Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus. 📍Fluency in English is required to be able to effectively coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers.
