Job Summary
Key Deliverables:
📍Design, develop and maintain high performance C++ applications for a modern high frequency cryptocurrency trading system (everything from market data and order handlers to exchange simulators and backtesting engines). 📍Optimize code, operating system, and networking interaction for maximum performance and ensure consistent, efficient execution with as low latency as possible. 📍Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software/network defects. 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in C++ development, financial technology, and trading systems/networks. 📍Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on project progress.
Experience and Qualifications:
📍Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 8 years of C++ development experience, and being familiar with modern C++11~C++20 features. 📍At least 5 years of development experience in traditional or cryptocurrency HFT systems. 📍Proficiency in design patterns, asynchronous programming, object oriented programming, and multi-threading in C++. 📍Familiarity with OSI model and optimizations to reduce transaction/processing times. 📍Familiarity with the Git version control system and Linux terminal commands.
