What You’ll Do

📍Drive external engagement with high-value counterparties and support strategic meetings 📍Serve as a bridge between trading, engineering, and business teams to keep priorities aligned 📍Maintain precision across BD pipelines—tracking conversations, intros, and next steps 📍Develop into owning strategic relationships with protocols, partners, and market participants 📍Identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and help build scalable internal systems 📍Support high-leverage initiatives across product, research, operations, and growth strategy

What We’re Looking For

📍1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced setting (finance, crypto, startups, or consulting) 📍Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—no dropped balls 📍Self-starter who brings structure, momentum, and clarity to ambiguity 📍Strong communicator who’s comfortable with both internal collaboration and external engagement 📍Crypto-native or crypto-curious; familiarity with DeFi is a plus 📍Motivated by learning, impact, and long-term ownership opportunities
