Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business operations by maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across processes. 📍Cross-Functional Coordination – Support collaboration between Finance, HR, Procurement, Compliance, and other teams to align business operations with company objectives. 📍Procurement & Vendor Management – Assist in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery. 📍Financial Tracking & Reporting – Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational costs; prepare accurate reports to support decision-making. 📍Data & Documentation Management – Maintain and organize business records, contracts, and reports to ensure transparency and audit-readiness. 📍Project Support – Provide operational and administrative assistance in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives. 📍Compliance & Governance – Support adherence to internal policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
Who We Are Looking For :
📍2–3 years of experience in business operations, administration, procurement, or a related field. 📍Proven track record in supporting cross-functional teams and managing operational workflows. 📍Experience in procurement or vendor management is an advantage. 📍Background in financial tracking, data processing, or reporting preferred. 📍Exposure to working in fast-paced or dynamic environments (e.g., startups, tech companies) is a plus.
