Job Summary
What you`ll be doing:
šAs part of the LAND team, you will be working closely with the LAND Ecosystem Director in order to: šAssist on scheduling and planning for the upcoming LAND Sales (timeline, partners, themesā¦), šConduct thorough market research to understand current trends, identify potential opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape. šCreate pitch documents in order to target new partners, šDefine your Business Development strategy in order to cover new territories and targets, šNegotiate contracts and ensure that business dealings comply with legal and regulatory requirements. šSign deals with new partners to add them into our ecosystem, šBe in touch with partners and coordinate the launch of their LAND into The Sandbox ecosystem, šRegularly report on business development activities and monitor performance against targets.
REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for šWe are looking for an ambitious profile with the following background: šA bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred. šPrior experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the entertainment industry or a related field. šStrong understanding of the entertainment industry, including trends, key players, and market dynamics. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective networking and relationship building. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. šA proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new opportunities and ways to grow the business. šThe ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
