Job Summary

What you`ll be doing:

šŸ“As part of the LAND team, you will be working closely with the LAND Ecosystem Director in order to: šŸ“Assist on scheduling and planning for the upcoming LAND Sales (timeline, partners, themesā€¦), šŸ“Conduct thorough market research to understand current trends, identify potential opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape. šŸ“Create pitch documents in order to target new partners, šŸ“Define your Business Development strategy in order to cover new territories and targets, šŸ“Negotiate contracts and ensure that business dealings comply with legal and regulatory requirements. šŸ“Sign deals with new partners to add them into our ecosystem, šŸ“Be in touch with partners and coordinate the launch of their LAND into The Sandbox ecosystem, šŸ“Regularly report on business development activities and monitor performance against targets.

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for šŸ“We are looking for an ambitious profile with the following background: šŸ“A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred. šŸ“Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the entertainment industry or a related field. šŸ“Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including trends, key players, and market dynamics. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective networking and relationship building. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. šŸ“A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new opportunities and ways to grow the business. šŸ“The ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
