Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šIdentify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies šBuild and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and positioning our client's product as a solution šConduct product demos and presentations to prospects, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections šNegotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful onboarding šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, including marketing, customer success, and product development šMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system šMonitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion
On your first weeks:
šYou will be expected to familiarize yourself with key tools, including automated email campaigns, to efficiently handle tasks delegated directly from the client. This will help the client work on his other priorities šIdentify your strengths and determining where you can "fill in the shoes". You will be involved in reviewing pitch decks, gathering and acting on feedback, and managing leads.
Requirements
šProven experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role šExperience in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building šPreferably someone with end to end sales rep experience will be ideal (from getting leads to closing the deal) otherwise, ideally this person will be able to get leads, help source leads, nurture leads and close those leads šStrong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles šHaving the ability to create and build relationships. šNice to have: someone good at operations (for growth opportunities within the role šKnows how to utilize resources (proficiency in utilizing search engines, leveraging tools like Google and chatGPT and accessing various digital databases to gather necessary information) šFamiliarity with CRM software, automations and sales tools
