Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Lead the business development efforts across the products suite of the customer success department. šŸ“Lead the design and execution of growth strategies focusing on demand generation, user acquisition, driving site traffic, and product awareness for the product suite within Customer Success. šŸ“Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, monitor and analyze their outcomes, and use these insights to inform future strategies. šŸ“Develop consistent marketing content for use across deliverables, including websites, blogs, documentation, and others as needed. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all initiatives are cohesive and aligned with the companyā€™s broader objectives. šŸ“Stay current with emerging web3 trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address potential challenges proactively. šŸ“Gain a deep understanding of the target customers to identify needs and pain points through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research.

šŸ“Working experience developing and deploying business development and growth campaigns. šŸ“An understanding of the Web3 industry, blockchain technology, and related trends. Familiarity across various marketing functions and marketing levers (social, events, growth platforms) šŸ“Experience with analytics and measurement tools (e.g. GA4, Google Tag Manager, MixPanel) šŸ“Strong self-starter - comfortable/willing to wear multiple ā€œhatsā€ as needed šŸ“Solid communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well with cross-functional teams. šŸ“Notable organizational and project management skills
