Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
📍 Identifying New Business Opportunities: 📍Research and identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships. 📍 Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs for growth opportunities. 📍 Develop and implement strategies to target new business prospects. 📍Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: 📍Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, meetings, and networking events. 📍 Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for long-term partnerships. 📍 Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals. 📍 Sales & Revenue Generation: 📍 Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients. 📍 Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. 📍 Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards revenue goals. 📍 Market Research & Analysis: 📍 Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors. 📍 Analyze this data to inform business strategies and identify areas for improvement. 📍 Collaborating with Internal Teams: 📍 Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment of efforts and strategies. 📍 Provide feedback to these teams based on client insights and market research. 📍 Strategic Planning: 📍 Contribute to the development of business development plans and strategies. 📍Set goals and objectives for business growth and track progress towards these goals. 📍Attending Networking Events and Conferences: 📍 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a professional network and promot services or products. 📍 Leverage these events to generate leads and identify potential business partners. 📍 Reporting and Performance Monitoring: 📍 Prepare and present reports on business development activities, including sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. 📍 Monitor performance against targets and make adjustments as necessary. 📍 Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: 📍 Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer experience. 📍 Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 10. Compliance and Ethics: 📍 Ensure that all business development activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. 📍 Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
Requirements
📍Fluent in English. 📍Proven experience in the UAE market. 📍Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on high-value products or services. 📍Successful track record of closing large deals. 📍Experience in face-to-face meetings with C-level executives (CXOs). 📍Strong relationship-building skills with top management of client companies. 📍Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. 📍Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. 📍Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
