Job Summary

What you’ll work on

📍You’ll work with our Business Development team on creating a framework and strategy for growing our web3 ecosystem. Identify target market segments across verticals, while understanding use case needs, and creating tailored approaches to engage and onboard partners. 📍Actively identify, source and evangelize potential partners, including developers, founding entrepreneurs (FEs), startups, and larger enterprises. 📍Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions for these partners. 📍Facilitate and engage in technical discussions with partners to showcase the capabilities of Nillion’s technology. 📍Collaborate with our developer relations team to address queries, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment between partner needs and our offerings. 📍Establish and nurture strong relationships with all partners, acting as the primary point of contact through various pipeline stages of discovery and incubation. Understand their goals and challenges, and work collaboratively to drive mutual success through our technology. 📍Leverage your understanding of network effects to design and implement strategies that amplify the growth of our ecosystem. Identify opportunities for cross-partner collaboration that enhance the overall value proposition for stakeholders. 📍Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging use case opportunities within web3. Translate these insights into actionable strategies to maintain our competitive edge and capture new market segments. 📍Provide regular updates and reports on partnership progress, ecosystem growth metrics, and traction KPIs. Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize partnership strategies over time. 📍Represent Nillion at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Contribute thought leadership content to relevant platforms, showcasing our expertise and enhancing our reputation within the web3 community.

What we’re looking for

📍3+ years experience in business development, partnerships management or ecosystem growth, within web3 technology. 📍Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of sourcing and nurturing partnerships, whilst continuously surpassing traction targets. 📍Skills in both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification, with the ability to manage a significant number of leads, across numerous platforms and channels, through various stages of the partnership lifecycle (utilizing CRM applications like Pipedrive and Airtable). 📍A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to think outside the box. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment and exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit. 📍Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. You should be able to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, ranging from developers to C-suite executives. 📍Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze market data, assess partnership opportunities, evaluate potential synergies 📍A bachelor's degree in the fields of computer science, engineering, business strategy, economics, sales, marketing or a related discipline. Courses or certification in blockchain, distributed and/or privacy technologies would be a plus.
