Your main responsibilities will be :

📍ERP System Management: 📍Oversee the technical aspects of the implementation, configuration, and day to day maintenance of the ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 📍Be responsible for the performance and availability of the ERP system. 📍Define and enforce technical policies, procedures, and standards to maximize system performance, integrity and continuity. 📍System Integration and Collaboration: 📍Collaborate and communicate with department heads and stakeholders to understand business requirements so as to identify and prioritize system enhancements and improvements. 📍Work closely with 3rd parties to ensure proper integration of the ERP system across various systems and functions. 📍Coordinate with technical and security teams to establish interfaces between the ERP system and other applications, ensuring seamless and secure data flows and integrations. 📍System Optimization and Upgrades: 📍Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the ERP system, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. 📍Track application KPI’s and SLA’s 📍Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to ERP systems and integrations and recommend upgrades or enhancements as appropriate. 📍Contribute the the ERP applications roadmap. 📍Data Management and Security: 📍Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP system. 📍Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. 📍User Training and Support: 📍Provide support to technical teams involved in the project to ensure efficient and effective use of the ERP system. 📍Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve user issues and system-related incidents in a timely manner. Ensure the relevant documentation is produced and updated for technical integrations. 📍Vendor Management: 📍Manage supplier relations and track contractual obligations through SLA’s 📍Collaborate with ERP vendors to understand product roadmaps, coordinate system updates, and address any technical issues. 📍Evaluate and select third-party vendors or consultants as needed to support ERP system requirements.

What we are looking for :

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 📍Proven experience (5 years at least) as an IT professional, with a focus on systems integration ideally related to ERP system management and integrations. 📍Strong technical background in ERP systems and related technologies (API, REST, SOAP, ETL..). 📍Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in finance, purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR domains. 📍Experience with data management, security practices and regulatory and compliance obligations. 📍Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 📍Languages : Fluent French & Professional/ fluent English 📍Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 📍Ideally you have exposure and understanding of ESB or middleware and Pub/Sub solutions.
