Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šMarket Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in DeFi. - Analyze user behavior and feedback for product development. šBusiness Requirements:
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. - Translate business needs into technical specifications. šData Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making. - Prepare detailed reports and dashboards. šProduct Development Support:
- Collaborate with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals. - Assist in creating user stories, wireframes, and prototypes. šProject Management:
- Track project progress and manage timelines. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams. šStakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders. - Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. šProven experience as a Business Analyst in blockchain/web3. š Understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets. šPersonal experience with staking crypto assets and onchain analysis tools. š Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and project management software (Jira, Trello). šExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. šSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
