Job Summary
You Will
šDrive continuous improvement by maintaining and enhancing operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. šDesign and implement new processes that support business growth, scalability, and evolving regulatory requirements. šOversee and improve daily brokerage operations, ensuring accuracy and record-keeping. šLead critical projects such as clearing firm and platform upgrades, collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams. šChampion process improvements using data insights, automation, and emerging technologies. šMentor team members on complex procedures, regulatory updates, and best practices. šReview and approve work from junior staff to uphold accuracy, consistency, and compliance standards. šStay ahead of SEC/FINRA regulations, lead compliance reporting, and enforce Written Supervisory Procedures. šCoordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and oversee compliance monitoring activities. šBuild strong partnerships across the business, present updates to senior leadership, and manage relationships with external partners.
You Have
š4+ years of experience in brokerage operations back office functions FINRA Licenses: Series 7 & 63 required šExperience with process improvement and automation projects šStrong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau) šExperience with project management methodologies šDemonstrated mentoring or training experience
