Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šMonitor and analyze online conversations, media coverage, and social media mentions related to Binance and the cryptocurrency industry. šIdentify potential reputation risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them. šPrepare regular reports on brand sentiment, media coverage, and reputation metrics for internal stakeholders. šCollaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies. šConduct competitive analysis to benchmark Binanceās brand reputation against industry peers. šEngage with the community and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. šStay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in reputation management and crisis communication.
Requirements:
šBachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. šProven experience in brand reputation management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. šStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. šProactive and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. šFamiliarity with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms.
