Requirements:
📍10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams. 📍Exceptional ability to shape and evolve a brand’s voice across platforms. 📍Strong portfolio of past work that demonstrates creative excellence and impact 📍Able to develop ideas that answer the brief. Is a master of simplifying complex problems to arrive at a crisp, clean, simple solution. 📍Hands-on and humble as a leader — nothing is above or below them. 📍Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines. 📍Collaborative and resourceful — willing to both lead and execute when needed.
