Responsibilities

📍Research & Development: Conduct advanced research on the latest blockchain technologies including but not limited to account abstraction, zero-knowledge proofs, rollups, modular blockchain, blockchain bridges, and layer-two solutions. Your focus will be on how these technologies can be harnessed to create new ways of managing, protecting, and commercializing intellectual property. 📍Prototyping & Implementation: Engage hands-on with the technology, building prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate the applicability of your research findings to real-world IP challenges. 📍Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to shape the roadmap for the protocol and technology, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Collaborate across teams and with external partners to ensure a seamless development process. 📍Publishing & Communication: Write research reports, present findings at conferences, and contribute to research publications in the blockchain space. Engage with the wider community, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

📍Education: Master or Ph.D in CS, Math, Engineering, or related field; 📍Experience: Proven experience in blockchain technology, ideally in a research or development capacity. 📍Technical Skills: Proficiency in blockchain algorithm, cryptography, and related technologies. 📍Familiarity with programming languages such as Solidity, Go, Typescript. 📍Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, ability to work in a team or independently, excellent communication skills.
