Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Design, develop, and maintain blockchain protocol components 📍Work with Golang / Cosmos SDK or Rust + Parity Substrate to build scalable blockchain solutions. 📍Implement features related to chain abstraction and account abstraction. 📍Optimize performance, scalability, and security of blockchain networks. 📍Collaborate with cryptographers, fullstack engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration. 📍Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to open-source blockchain initiatives. 📍Troubleshoot and resolve protocol-level issues in testnet and mainnet environments.
Required Skills & Experience
📍3–5 years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in blockchain protocol development. 📍Strong proficiency in Golang or Rust (Cosmos SDK / Parity Substrate experience preferred). 📍Solid understanding of blockchain consensus algorithms (PoS, PoW, BFT, etc.). 📍Experience with chain abstraction and account abstraction concepts. 📍Knowledge of cryptographic primitives (hash functions, digital signatures, Merkle trees). 📍Familiarity with P2P networking, smart contract platforms, and blockchain security practices. 📍Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
