Job Summary
What you'll work on:
📍Handling each exception ticket in Jira 📍Investigating possible causes of exceptions through database queries and using blockchain explorer tools 📍Determining the cause of exceptions, coordinating with engineers to resolve issues, and updating the ticket with information. 📍Maintaining a weekly work log and documents 📍Organizing and providing relevant documentation to facilitate a smoother auditing process

What you’ll bring to Circle:
📍Required: 📍Understand basic knowledge of blockchain, including the difference between wallet, token, transaction, and gas fee. 📍Have basic database query skills 📍Have experience with ticket system like Jira 📍Process strong communication and coordination skills in English
