Responsibilities

📍Support Central Product Ops on daily/weekly tasks, including initiative tracking, product development follow-ups, and meeting preparation. 📍Conduct research and compile briefs on product, market, and competitive insights. 📍Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications. 📍Organize and maintain documentation related to strategy, OKRs, and key initiatives. 📍Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and align on action items. 📍Support the user feedback loop by collecting, organizing, and sharing user insights with relevant teams to inform product improvements. 📍Shadow meetings and provide concise summaries with action point tracking.

Requirements

📍Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field. 📍Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging technologies. 📍Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail. 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving priorities. 📍Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. 📍Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. 📍Proficiency in English and Chinese to liase with overseas partners & stakeholders.
