Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Responsible for the research of product user experience and functionalities. 📍Collect users feedbacks for payment products and give reasonable suggestions and improvements. 📍Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process. 📍Assist product managers prepare product materials such as FAQ, Training materials, etc.
Requirements
📍Familiar with payment products in the EU such as SEPA, Card payment, etc. 📍Good sense and understanding of user experience. 📍Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability of problem solving. 📍Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units. 📍Ability to commit 5 days per week for a period of 6 months.
