Responsibilities

📍Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods based on data-driven insights. 📍Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs. 📍Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of both individual and corporate clients. 📍Design and implement strategies for market growth in the EU region. 📍Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users’ trading volume, revenue metrics, user behavior and more. 📍Create comprehensive and analytical reports, effectively communicating and presenting information both quantitatively and graphically.

Requirements

📍Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated within the last year. 📍Strong organizational skills. 📍Excellent communication and reporting skills in English. 📍Ability to be flexible in various complex situations and perform well under pressure. 📍Preferred experience in account management with a track record of maintaining excellent relationships. 📍Passionate about crypto. 📍Previous experience in sales, banking, and financial services is preferred. 📍Fluency in English and proficiency in at least 1 additional language (Italian, French, Polish, Swedish, German, or Spanish preferred)
