Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Assist the Futures Business team with daily business operations, supporting VIP account managers in promptly responding to client business needs and ensuring all requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner. 📍Handle routine client business requests, including resolving daily issues, tracking progress, and relaying client feedback to maintain smooth client experiences. 📍Prepare and organize support materials related to business needs, and regularly update and maintain relevant documentation. 📍Coordinate communication between technical and product teams to help account managers address client issues, such as system operations and data retrieval. 📍Track the progress of client requests, record issues and solutions, and help improve overall business support efficiency.
Requirements
📍Passion and Proactivity: Demonstrates a strong interest in cryptocurrency trading and business operations, with a proactive work attitude. 📍High Responsibility: Detail-oriented and dependable, able to respond to and handle client business needs efficiently. 📍Strong Communication Skills: Capable of facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams. 📍Quick Learning Ability: Interest in Futures Business processes and technical knowledge, with the ability to quickly understand and assist with relevant tasks. 📍Proficiency in English and proficiency in a second language is preferred for handling bilingual communication tasks. 📍Preferred Qualifications: Basic data sensitivity, able to identify issues in data and provide initial feedback. Basic technical knowledge of API integration and trading system operations is a plus.
