What you’ll be doing

📍Source, onboard, and activate creators - Identify high-potential target creators, onboard them to the Base app, and act as their primary point of contact. 📍Build & maintain relationships with creators- Develop trusted connections with priority creators, acting as their advocate and representing their interests internally. 📍Educate at scale - Create self-serve resources (guides, tutorials, videos) and host group programming (webinars, workshops, office hours) to drive creator success. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally - Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops on creator feedback, product improvements, marketing activations, CRM management, analytics, and reporting. 📍Create systems & processes - Develop and refine playbooks, onboarding flows, and operational tools to scale creator success as the Base app grows.

What we look for in you

📍3+ years in creator partnerships, community management, influencer relations, or creator success roles 📍A creator yourself or deeply familiar with top creator platforms, tools, and workflows (e.g. CRMs, dashboards, analytics, tools, etc) 📍Experience managing relationships with talent and driving their growth 📍Self-starter, motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative in fast-moving environments 📍Crypto-curious and excited about Base’s mission and the future of the creator economy 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to create clear, engaging content (text and video) for creators
