Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šSupport AV/VC solutions locally and globally to support in-region teams. šSupport events around the SpaceX office from an audio/visual standpoint, and occasional out-of-hours event support. šRespond promptly to requests for technical support via email, ticketing, and chat as needed. šResponsible for troubleshooting hardware and applications, providing technical support, and problem solving. šExhibit a high level of professionalism and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. šDocument the status of issues and provide updates to management, team, and end users. šMaintain standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer service guidelines. šCreate documentation for AV troubleshooting and configuration for team members and end users. šParticipate in onboarding and training team members. šDrive quality and adherence to best practices within the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
š1+ years of professional experience in AV support. šProfessional experience in video conferencing solutions and support. šProfessional experience with Mac and Windows OS.
