Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCollaborate with Recruiters and Business Leaders in opening, editing, and closing requisitions. šServe as the point of contact for generating and sending all offers globally as well as marking candidates as hired. This includes initiating background checks and sending initial onboarding communications. šNavigate any integration errors associated with requisitions and hires between our HRIS (Workday) and ATS (Greenhouse) with our HRIS Tech Lead. šUphold data integrity and our processes to ensure clean data and documentation for audits. šManage our recruiting operations slack channel for requests such as Hiring Manager and Recruiter changes, job description changes, and up-levels or down-levels of requisitions. šProcess any start date changes or offer withdrawals after a candidate has been hired. šConduct basic ATS reporting such as open roles, offers in process, hires for the year, etc. šPartner with our external recruiting-related tools/platforms, assist with the implementation and integration, and manage our user base (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, CoderPad). šOwn bi-weekly referral bonus audits for our referral program. šHelp organize and maintain confidential documents for new hires. šDocument new Recruiting Operations processes and keep our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up-to-date. šCollaborate with Recruiters to ensure weĆ¢ĀĀre providing the best possible candidate experience and our People Operations team to ensure weĆ¢ĀĀre providing the best possible onboarding and new hire experience. šWork on Recruiting Operations related projects such as Greenhouse automations, process updates, and training.
Qualifications:
šBachelorĆ¢ĀĀs Degree. š2-3 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or a people-oriented role. š1+ years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse, specifically in creating and configuring new process flows and features. šExperience in a fast-paced and high-growth global organization wearing many hats - startup preferred. šProficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets) and Slack. šExceptional administrative skills, including organization, high attention to detail, proactive communication, and responsiveness.
