Job Summary
What You Will Be Doing
šIncrease Digital & Social Presence: Improve the reach of our product and brand across marketing and social touchpoints, and contribute towards various projects for the broader team when needed. šContent Marketing: Create content leveraging AI and/or freelancers that helps users discover, understand, and adopt CoinGeckoās API, tackling all stages of the consideration and conversion funnel, and maintaining high standards for clarity, structure, and readability. šContent Production: Produce high-quality and engaging content that can be adapted and repurposed for cross-channel use. Manage all aspects of content production from ideation to implementation, including everything from market research, copywriting, basic design, and distribution - all while ensuring that weāre meeting internal guidelines and are continuously adding value to the community. šLanding Page Creation: Support the creation and optimization of API landing pages, ensuring accurate content and messaging, clean formatting and alignment with SEO and CRO best practices. šEmail Marketing: Support the production of monthly API newsletters and other business-as-usual (BAU) marketing initiatives, including drafting, formatting, and sending emails to engage and activate our API users. šCampaign Management: Execute end-to-end user campaigns and product launches, which include but are not limited to collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, project management, setup, and ensuring the timely delivery of campaign deliverables. šStay Plugged-In: Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency and marketing trends, trendjack trending narratives and breaking news all while remaining sensitive to current market sentiments. Overall, understand the needs of the market in order to remain relevant. šMaintain Playbooks: Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and ensure that existing workflows and new learnings are documented well. šPerformance Reporting: Analyse and report on performance metrics across various channels, utilising insights to generate new ideas to improve future campaigns and content. Communicate feedback and learnings regularly. šOperational Support: Support existing workflows and ensure high-quality, timely execution of assigned tasks. šWork closely with team members, cross-functionally, and external freelancers. šYou are required to support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company.
What We Look For In You
šYou are a developing T-shaped Marketer with at least 3-6 months of relevant work or internship experience. More importantly, you have a strong interest in one (or more) marketing channels, such as social media, content, email marketing etc. Having a Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant fields is a plus. šMarketing Foundations: You have basic knowledge of various marketing skills such as market research, copywriting, storytelling, design (ie, Adobe, Canva), branding, UI/UX (ie, Figma), HTML/CSS and analytics (ie, GSheets, Google Analytics, SQL).
