Our global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets with asymmetric risk profiles. Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies. We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Legal Team Optimization:
đź“ŤEnhance collaboration by developing standardized legal frameworks, playbooks, and automated approval processes to improve efficiency in contract lifecycle management. đź“ŤImplement best practices for legal document organization, version control, and workflow automation to minimize bottlenecks and improve turnaround times. đź“ŤSupport budgeting and legal spend optimization by conducting cost-benefit analyses, tracking external counsel expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. đź“ŤCorporate Governance: Support corporate governance matters, including drafting board resolutions and policies. Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. Monitor and track key governance deadlines and filings. đź“ŤData Privacy & Security: Ensure compliance with data protection laws, cybersecurity regulations, and fintech-specific privacy requirements for digital asset businesses.
Preferred Qualifications:
đź“Ť4+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm. đź“ŤExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to communicate information effectively internally and externally and to drive cross-functional alignment and action đź“ŤExcellent project management skills. đź“ŤVery strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. đź“ŤPrior in-house experience at a financial technology company is a plus. đź“ŤStrong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and reshaping the global financial system to increase economic freedom. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. đź“ŤMust be active and in good standing in one State Bar in the United States.
