Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Manage and process accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 📍Handle billing operations using Stripe or similar platforms. 📍Utilize Excel for accounting purposes, including data entry, analysis, and reporting. 📍Oversee and execute financial transactions and record-keeping with precision. 📍Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations. 📍Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. 📍Provide support in financial audits and implement audit recommendations. 📍Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in billing and transactions.
Required Qualifications:
📍Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. 📍Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. 📍Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel specifically tailored for accounting tasks. 📍Experience with Stripe billing systems or similar platforms. 📍Experience with bill.com 📍Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 📍Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
