Job Summary

Main Duties And Responsibilities

šŸ“30%- Collaborates with Media Planners, Sr. Planners and Supervisors for strategy and plan development in areas such as: šŸ“Learns and employs Horizonā€™s suite of planning, evaluation and buying tools (i.e. Nielsen, Comscore, eMarketer and Forrester) for application/analysis into competitive landscape, target digital consumption support, plan development and reporting šŸ“Participates in team brainstorms to kick off plan and consideration set development šŸ“Provides critical thinking and analysis to draw conclusions and construe actionable implications šŸ“Monitor trends, tools, opportunities and applications in paid social media environments, and appropriately apply that knowledge šŸ“Responsible for compiling updates on partner capabilities and offerings through vendor contact and Subject Matter Expert contact and disseminating to the rest of integrated planning team. šŸ“Meets with subject matter experts at frequency and consistency set by Integrated Associate Media šŸ“Director and respective Subject Matter Expert for educational and continued advancement šŸ“Learns how to create and present media specific documents such as RFPs, media plans, objectives and strategies decks, and other related functions šŸ“Supports team in media plan development stage to collect RFP responses from partners/ sites, assist in analyzing proposals and partner negotiations

šŸ“BA/BS requires šŸ“Strong writing, presentation and analytical thinking skills šŸ“Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills šŸ“Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through šŸ“Nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced environment and handle ad hoc requests šŸ“Strong team player šŸ“Interest and familiarity through use of digital media šŸ“Experience w/ excel helpful, but not required
